Petros Karatsareas a Lecturer in English Language and Linguistics at the University of Westminster most recently gave a lecture at the Hellenic Centre “Rethinking language education in the UK’s Greek Cypriot diaspora” covering why we need to rethink the teaching of Greek in UK Complementary Schools in the UK in terms of the value attached to the dialect of Cyprus.

Natalie Katsou playwright & poet and Yiannis Katsaris photographer & light designer have developed a collaborative project merging photography and poetry. Their book The Desert Behind is the outcome of their work together and was launched at the Hellenic Centre in 2019.
