Objects are discussed mainly as remnants, traces of immaterial processes, signifiers, carriers charged with subjective importance and/or memory triggering mechanisms.
Since his father’s passing, he has been responsible for managing the Giorgos Ioannou Archive/Collection. He has curated exhibitions of his father’s work such as the Retrospective Exhibition at Casa Bianca in Thessaloniki in 2023 and has co-curated and consulted several exhibitions and publications on Giorgos Ioannou’s work since then.
