Access

Accessing the building

Access to main venue is via steps; a stair climber is available. Please advise us in advance and we’ll ensure we’re ready for your arrival.

Inside the building

A lift provides access to all floors, except the third floor.

Assistance animals are welcome.

Hearing induction loop

An induction loop is provided for the benefit of hearing aid users.

Users should switch their hearing aids to the “T” position. Please note that the best reception is in the middle of the room as it could be very loud towards the edges of the Great Hall.

Toilets and baby care facilities

We have disabled access toilets located on the lower ground floor (accessible by lift) with baby changing facilities.
