I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited member of BACP and HCPC registered psychologist.

Marianna Sidiropoulou, MSC, BSC MBPSS, HCPC REG.

Marianna Sidiropoulou is a HCPC registered clinical psychologist. She is a practicing psychotherapist with 12 years of experience and a member of the British Psychological Society. Ms Sidiropoulou studied psychology at Southampton University and completed her MSc Counselling Psychology at City University of London. She was subsequently trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Hellenic Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Greece. She is currently conducting her doctoral research on Women and Leadership at Birkbeck, University of London.

Her dual background of clinical and organisational psychology has brought a wealth of experience on stress, psychosomatic illness, personality disorders and relationship difficulties on both the personal and workplace life. She has treated an array of cases deemed “difficult” with perseverance and success.

Professional background:

I am a Principal Counselling Psychologist at Hertfordshire NHS Community Mental Health service. I obtained my first degree (Bachelor’s) in Psychology from the Panteio University in Athens, Greece and a Practitioner’s Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Teesside, UK. I have a further specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and ongoing training in Schema Focused Therapy. Marina Christoforidou, BSC MA

I am a qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic council (BPC). I work with people to help them make more conscious choices in life and to eventually break repetitive patterns.
