Greek-speaking receptionist/admin assistant
Shipping company based in the City of London looking for a Greek-speaking receptionist/ admin assistant.
The job is full time Monday – Friday. Duties will include managing the switchboard, filing, basic accounting, invoicing, email correspondence and general office administration.
Starting salary £19,000 plus corporate benefits.
Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality and have some experience in using MS Word / Excel / Outlook. Knowledge and experience of the shipping industry is preferred but not essential. Candidates should have fluent English language skills (both written and spoken).
Employment to commence from late December 2018/ early January 2019

Recruiting for Various Housekeeping Roles – Room Attendant
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and self-motivated people to join our Housekeeping Team, in a Fantastic Hotels at different areas such as Heathrow, Gatwick, London.
Previous Experience Required but not necessary as full training will be provided.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning the hotel bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy and inviting for guests.and might be required to complete additional cleaning tasks in the back of house and public areas.
The role of a Room Attendant is a practical and manual job which includes bending, carrying, standing and pushing/pulling equipment.
Cleaning hotel rooms to required standards and by required deadlines
Completing regular cleaning routines (the task of the day)
Changing bed linen and towels
Dusting and polishing furniture
Replacing stock of guest supplies, such as shampoo, and soap etc.
Re-stocking and cleaning equipment used
Assisting with guest request or queries
Following departmental procedures
Liaising with team members, Supervisors, Managers, and guests
Paid every two weeks! up to £9.25 per hour
Accomodation if required (T&C’s apply)
Average of 37.5 hours per week
Permanent contract of employment
28 days of paid holidays
